Personal/Studio Assistant & Permanent Jewelry Assistant:
This position is Part Time. Hours can range from 3-10+ hours a week. Flexible schedule but hours can vary between AM/PM weekdays and weekends.

Start Date: End of April, 2024
Schedule: This is flexible but Studio Assistant hours could be Monday mornings/mid-day and Thursday mornings/midday.
Permanent Jewelry duties would be as needed. Typically in the evenings and weekends. Hours for Permanent Jewelry could range 3-6 hours per event.
Must be available August 2-11, 2024 (potential for full time hours during these days for a big Permanent Jewelry event)

Personal/Studio Assistant duties:
-Responsible for cleaning & restocking Makeup Kit and Nail Desk
-Responsible for cleaning & restocking Nail Studio
-Cleaning and disinfecting of Makeup brushes, Makeup tools, and Nail tools
-Cleaning and restocking at the Studio
-Assisting with phone email correspondence as needed
-Light Social Media management
-Personal errands as needed: pick up supplies, coffee/lunch pick ups
-Other duties to be added as needed

Permanent Jewelry duties:
-Operate welding machine in a safe and efficient manner (training will be provided)
-Custom measure chains to ensure precise sizing for each Permanent Jewelry item
-Build customer relationships through friendly and meaningful interactions
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and help guide for personalized selections
-Educate customer on product options and pricing
-Stay up to date on upcoming events and inform customers of events and how to make appts.
-Take inventory and let Catherine & team know when low or out of stock
-Process cash or card transactions when needed
-Take videos and photos for content
-Collaborate with team and be a team player
-Work independently at the studio
-Work off-site and on-site events as needed in the Vancouver/Portland metro areas
-Help set up & tear down at permanent jewelry pop ups
-Unload and set up permanent jewelry at the studio after pop ups
-Assist with any business errands such as picking up product, supplies etc.
-Other duties to be added as needed

Requirements:
Proactive
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel to pop ups in the Vancouver/Portland & Surrounding areas
Long Term Commitment
Trustworthy
Highly self-motivated
Can maintain stability in a fast pace work environment
Can work long hours, sometimes outside
Works well independently & with a team
Must be available August 2-11, 2024 for Permanent Jewelry event

Compensation & Benefits:
$18 hourly + tips
