If you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry, we recommend you cut at the weld mark on the jump ring (connector).

We can re-attach your jewelry when you are ready, for a $10 weld fee, if removal is done properly. You may also purchase a clasp ($10) for easy removal if you will need to be taking off your jewelry frequently.

Permanent jewelry is dainty and durable, but not invincible! If chains or charms are caught or snagged, they can break or stretch. We do not offer a warranty on charms, lost, or stretched jewelry.

If your jewelry breaks at the weld mark on the jump ring (connector) within 30 days please contact us, include a picture of the break, for a complimentary repair. After 30 days, there will be a $10 re-weld fee for repairs.

Try to avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals.

If the chain becomes dull due to lotions and other products use jewelry cleaner, dawn dish soap, or polishing cloth. Gently clean charms and handle with care.
